Personal Usage – Digital Download License Agreement

This agreement is intended to clarify Personal Usage – Digital Download License Agreement conditions, terms and guidelines.
Terms of Contract
This license agreement is for those whose intended usage is for display in a home or home office/studio space. All images are provided in high-quality TIFF format (300dpi) approximately 30-80MB in size.
Upon agreement to the terms and conditions of this license full payment will be requested in advance. After receipt of payment the selected image(s) will be available for download from a secure link that is provided to the client.
With each image purchased clients will receive a printed signed Certificate of Authenticity and an Artist’s Interpretation of the applicable artwork. This certificate will be post mailed to the client.
Restrictions

  • Personal Usage License images are licensed for personal usage only. Clients are not permitted to display images in a corporate space or commercial outlets. A business usage license can be purchased for such purposes.
  • This is a ‘non-transferrable’ license – Clients are not permitted to sell, rent, loan, upload to a web server or social media, give, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any standalone content to a third party. Image(s) may not be used for more than one client at a time.
  • The purchase of a separate license is required for each individual client.
  • Images may not be used in a digital format, so that multiple users via templates or similar products can reuse the content.
    • You may not

  • Incorporate image(s) into merchandise or products for distribution and/or sale. Merchandise includes, by way of example only, “print on demand” products, t-shirts, mugs, posters, postcards, cellphone covers, computer skins, and other items.
  • Use any Content together with pornographic, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful or immoral content or in such a manner that it infringes upon any third party’s trademark or intellectual property rights;
  • Falsely represent, expressly or by way of reasonable implication, that any Content is created by you or a person other than the copyright holder(s) of such Content;
  • Use any Content (in whole or in part) as a trademark, service mark, or logo.
    • Non-Exclusive Contract
    This is a non-exclusive contract agreement. Unique Japan retains full rights to the image(s) purchased.
