Look closely at the Japanese mountain rose yamabuki and you’ll notice that the small golden flowers lean on an angle, between a pair of tiny wings they appear to leap into the open space.
Naturalist, poet and philosopher Henry Thoreau made the observation that “many lead live of quiet desperation and go to their graves with their song still in them”. The alternative would be to leap.
