Description:
It is rare to find a katana at this length.
This is an incredible sword with an elegant curvature with a beautiful tight koitame hada body. The large wavy hamon is an absolute feast for the eyes, that really draws you in.
This sword would make the perfect project to have a custom koshirae (mounting) made. Swords at this length are so very rare and if found, much more expensive.
The Shinshinoto period (19th century) is famous for swords that have muscle to them. This sword is atypical of this time period. Brave, decadent and widely admired.
This sword would be the envy of many. A real feast for the eyes once displayed in the home.
