Description:

Here is a charming wakizashi that will light up the room.
An absolutely brilliant wavy hamon dominates the appearance of this well-shaped blade. Couple this with koshirae (mountings) that feature parts decorated from shakudo – a unique Japanese metal made of gold and copper.
Notice the bat on the kahira (pommel) of the mounting. Bats were revered by the Samurai for their inherent dexterity in the dark. Being aware of one’s surroundings at all times is where stillness in the mind lies.
This is a delightful sword that’s very reflective of Japan. Highly recommended.
Unique Japan is able to ship swords from Japan to countries all over the world.   All legal exportation paperwork is included with every purchase.  Please allow about 4 weeks for us to process and ship an order from Japan.  Dealers welcome.
